Tercel Logistic (“Tercel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides truck dispatching services to owner-operators and small fleets. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or work with our dispatch team, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to tercellogistic.com and to the carrier information we handle as part of our dispatch services.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as when you submit the contact form, call or email our office, or set up a carrier profile with our dispatch team. This can include:

• Contact details: name, phone number, and email address.
• Carrier and equipment information: truck and trailer type, DOT/MC number, preferred lanes, and availability.
• Load and paperwork details: rate confirmations, delivery paperwork, and broker correspondence shared with us while a load is being booked or serviced.
• Any details you include in a message, call, or email to our team.

We do not collect payment card information. Brokers and shippers pay carriers directly, and our dispatch fees are invoiced separately.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to:

• Search for loads and negotiate rates on your behalf.
• Set up and maintain your carrier profile with brokers.
• Prepare paperwork, invoicing, and billing support tied to your loads.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide dispatch and driver support.
• Maintain records required for our dispatch services.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing with brokers and partners

Booking a load requires sharing certain carrier details, such as your equipment, insurance, and DOT/MC number, with the freight brokers and shippers involved in that load. We share only what is needed to book and complete the load. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties, and we do not sell or rent carrier data to marketers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or regulatory request.

The contact form

The form on this site does not send your details to a server we operate. When you submit it, your browser opens a pre-filled email draft addressed to hello@tercellogistic.com using your own email application. Nothing is transmitted unless you choose to send that email. If your device does not have an email app configured, the form will not be able to open a draft. In that case, please call or email us directly using the details on our Contact page.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers, and we do not track your browsing activity across other sites. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and maintenance purposes, as most websites do.

Data retention

We keep carrier and load information for as long as needed to provide dispatch services and to meet our recordkeeping, invoicing, and legal obligations. If you stop working with us, we retain records related to completed loads for the period required by applicable regulations and then remove information we no longer need.

Your choices

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to our recordkeeping obligations for completed loads. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about new load opportunities at any time. To make a request, reach out using the details below.

We take reasonable steps to protect carrier information, including limiting access to the dispatchers who need it to do their work. No method of storage or communication is completely secure, and we encourage you to use caution when sharing sensitive documents.
